Cloud computing adoption decision modelling for SMEs: a conjoint analysis
Cloud computing offers significant potential benefits to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Which decision criteria are most important to SMEs when choosing cloud computing services and deployment models? And how can decision-makers choose between available services and models? This study employs the PAPRIKA method, implemented using 1000Minds software, to address these questions. Five SME decision-makers were surveyed and their results presented. This decision-making method is demonstrated with five real-world cases of cloud services and deployment models, resulting in a ranking and also an evaluation of their ‘value for money’.
