Science meets the market in China
As part of the ‘Grand Alliance’ suite of projects, a 1000minds Preferences Survey was used to understand what matters to Chinese consumers with respect to a variety of New Zealand lamb meat characteristics, including lamb origin, food safety and healthfulness, traceability, sustainability and eating quality.
The project is a collaboration between Alliance Group, Grand Farm, Headwaters Group, Ovita and Beef + Lamb. The 1000minds Preferences Survey was designed by AbacusBio and the project partners.
